Happy December Eve everyone. Amalia and I have been in the Christmas spirit since Thanksgiving maybe even a little before then. Our house is fully decorated because Amalia loves her decorations especially for Christmas. It really helps get us into a good mood when we come home to beautiful lights everywhere. Christmas is great for many reasons, some of which I’m sure we will touch on again in our final month. One of my favorite things though is just seeing friends and family from out of town who come home for the holidays. How could you not love seeing everyone, eating home cooked meals and playing games around the fireplace. Each month definitely has it’s own perks but it’s hard to beat December. Although I do prefer it to be a little warmer, there is something nice about the cool air and the snow. Plus, the anticipation for Christmas and then enjoying the holiday is great. Followed by a new year right around the corner. I’m excited for the whole month and we hope you are in the holiday spirit as well.

Today’s decluttered item is some old shoes. These were obviously thrown out after being used quite thoroughly. it’s important to not keep these down in the basement or in a closet somewhere after your done with them. Be rid with the old shoes and move on.
