We just watched this week’s Saturday Night Live, a recommendation from my parents. Kid Cudi is one our favorite artists and he was the musical quest this past weekend. At the end, one thing stuck in my head, Kid Cudi was wearing a dress in the second song of the night. He was happy as can be, just living life, being himself. It’s so important to just do you.. do what makes you happy regardless of what others think. I didn’t watch the show to see Kid Cudi’s outfits, I watched it to hear him sing and he did phenomenal. It’s something I’ve been trying to teach myself this year. You can’t please everyone, you can’t do everything but you can do what makes you happy. If what makes you happy, doesn’t make others around you happy then either you need new people around you (or possibly a new hobby lol). If Kid Cudi wants to rock a dress, rock on because I’m here for the music and it doesn’t bother me any. This does not mean I’ll be wearing a dress anytime soon but I have worn a dress before on Halloween a few years ago. Wearing a dress didn’t make me any happier but dressing up for Halloween and enjoying myself the trick and that’s all that matters. Today’s item is a striped sweater from Amalia. Although SpongeBob did say, the best time to wear a striped sweater is ALL THE TIME, Amalia did not agree. This sweater has not been worn in a while and it’s time to be decluttered and donated. Shoutout to the elephant, Amalia loves elephants and we hope someone new who loves elephants gets some more use out of this sweater!
