“Keep your eyes on the stars and your feet on the ground” -Theodore Roosevelt
Teddy couldn’t have said it any better. It is important to chase your dreams but it is just as important to not let them consume you. Take one step closer every day, that’s the best approach from our perspective. Life is a marathon, not a race. Like dreams, same can be said for normal daily tasks and activities. It’s never good to let daily tasks or activities consume you. If you notice one task taking up too much time on the regular, it’s time for a change of pace. Maybe analyze your tasks at home and think of ways in which they can be streamlined and if you can get any assistance from others in your household. It’s important to keep yourself grounded and not get too overwhelmed with the many things going on in your life. Don’t be afraid to get after things and set goals for yourself, but be smart and realistic about how you go about it.
This is the case for our blog site, today was a busy day as we got a lot of items together in preparation for our next.. phase I’ll call it. We’ll talk about that soon enough, more to come!
